Post LD version 1.4

Still chipping away at bugfixes and tweaks. Some changes have been made on the difficulty and weapon availability due to player feedback. There still exist a few problems, including an infrequent collision bug.

Changes in 1.4:

• Can now equip both a weapon and a tool/spell
• Difficulty tweaking, enemy/item placement
• Animation tweaks
• Slightly better backgrounds?
• New tool
• New music
• Updated scoring system
