A few minor tweaks that were bugging me after some playtesting

• adjusted player collision
• added collision to certain projectiles
• made jump variable
• changed cloud particle effect
• adjusted health of some enemies
• added visual and sound effects to end-game events
• added keyboard/gamepad support to certain menus
• changed image for shift key on main menu
